Lip Sync Issues

Could anyone with HD equipment please check their HD channels for lip sync issues.

TNT HD and Starz HD are two pretty good examples of the bad lip sync I am getting here. Pretty visible to me on both Tivo HD and SA boxes.

Wanted to see if its a widespread problem or local....
