WVIA Tranmitter building fire

I just tried to atttach a pictuire of the current fire at WVIA transmitter site at Penobscot, but got an internal Server failure 500 on the upload. Size was not a probelm.

I have no other details on this massive fire as I am off today and the pictures were just emailed to me from the chief at WYOU who is blocked from coming down by the very dense smoke and flames.

If they're off the air, how are they getting the signal out to cable companies?

Fiber feeds and I think their microwave signals that don't get fed via the main transmitter are still active.

WVIA is back on the air on digital channel 49, the channel recently vacated by WNEP.
